We can't integrate with their existing CRM.
For our current Starter, Growth, and Scale offers, TCM-generated leads enter the TCM-managed CRM first. Their existing CRM can remain their production/job system, but it is not where our marketing attribution starts.

The client owns the website. We manage the lead system.
For full websites, the client should own the domain, Cloudflare account, content, and final website files after the build is paid. The monthly fee is not just hosting. It keeps the website connected to the CRM, ads, tracking, retargeting, and lead routing system.

Website + SEO ruleAvoid unknown systems
We only manage websites we build.
We do not offer maintenance-only support for existing websites we did not build or migrate. Unknown websites create plugin, hosting, security, form, tracking, and DNS problems that we cannot price cleanly.
Website management ruleWebsite management is only available for TCM-built Authority or Growth Websites on the approved Cloudflare stack.
SEO ruleWe only offer Local SEO, and only when paired with a TCM-built Authority or Growth Website.
Existing website optionLeave the existing site alone and use our landers, or quote a rebuild/migration before we manage the website.
Why this mattersOur value depends on CRM forms, tracking, retargeting, lead routing, page updates, and ad-platform integration working reliably.

Our paid traffic system requires leads to enter our managed CRM first. That is how we track where the lead came from, respond immediately, monitor lead quality, and report which campaigns are producing booked inspections. If you already use another CRM, you can keep it for estimates, jobs, production, and billing, but we cannot integrate our current paid-growth system directly into it. We also only manage websites we build or migrate, and our Local SEO service is only available with a TCM-built website.
